BEZDOMOVECTVÍ JAKO INDIKÁTOR PLÁNOVÁNÍ REGIONÁLNÍHO ROZVOJE
Abstract
The text presents analysis of the census of homeless and it discusses other
experiments to bring an overview of the number of this people and information of their
problems. It is looking for answers on the questions to what specifically can this
census and information about homeless of regional management serve and how to
effectively use this data for improving a situation of people affected by social exclusion
and whether such attempts have a factual meaning. The text discusses the possibility of
a theoretical concept of homelessness as an important indicator about the state of
human society which can be used for planning of social policy. The text is based on the
theoretical definition of the concept of social exclusion and poverty. It is necessary to
proceed in the data collection among the homeless in accordance with ethical
principles of research and it is also necessary to interpreted data as well.
