SANACE RODINY-MULTIDISCIPLINÁRNÍ SPOLUPRÁCE
Abstract
After defining family strengthening, the author of the contribution focuses on
the description of its main characteristics. She considers multidisciplinary cooperation
to be a key “working unit” of family strengthening instead of separate work of social
workers and other professionals with the family. Qualitative outcomes of family
strengthening are influenced by quality of multidisciplinary cooperation that is given
not only by expertise of the particular members of the team but also by the atmosphere
among them.
