Abstract

National Plan for the creation of equal opportunities for people with disabilities in the period 2010-2014 outside the other things, points to the lack of systematic solution conditions for education of students with disabilities within tertiary education. Despite numerous of already realized activities the issue is at the University of Pardubice still actual. For this reason contribution is focuses on the system model of socio-educational policies with a focus on supporting students with special educational needs.
