Hodnotenie vzdelávacieho prostredia s využitím hodnotiaceho nástroja DREEM – spoločný projekt FZO PU v Prešove a FZS UJEP Ústí nad Labem

Vzdelávacie prostredie, s ktorým sa študenti stretávajú, má vplyv na spokojnosť s priebehom štúdia, vnímanú pohodu, ašpirácie a akademické výsledky. Hodnotenie vnímania vzdelávacieho prostredia študentmi v nelekárskych študijných programoch pomocou vhodných nástrojov je preto dôležité a potrebné. Cieľ: Cieľom tejto štúdie bolo zistiť, ako študenti vnímali vzdelávaciu klímu pomocou Dundee Ready Education Environment Measure (DREEM) a porovnať zistenia získané na dvoch univerzitách na Slovensku (FZO PU Prešov) a v Českej republike (FZS UJEP Ústí nad Labem). Metóda: DREEM bol v 1., 2. a 3. ročníku štúdia v roku 2018 až 2019 distribuovaný celkovo 742 študentom. Výsledky: Celkové skóre dotazníka DREEM pre FZO PU Prešov bol 123,15±16,6 (z 200), čo je 62 % z maximálneho možného skóre a celkové skóre dotazníka DREEM pre FZS Ústi nad Labem bolo 126,57±20,6 (z 200), čo je 63 % z maximálneho možného skóre. Medzi Slovenskou republikou a Českou republikou neboli signifikantné rozdiely vo vnímaní vzdelávacieho prostredia študentmi. Vnímanie bolo podobné u študentov v každej krajine. Záver: Štúdia pomohla identifikovať určité problémy, ktoré si vyžadujú ďalšie skúmanie, ako napríklad systém podpory pre študentov, ktorí sú stresovaní, primeraná sociálna a akademická podpora pre študentov nelekárskych odborov, efektívne duševné zdravie a poradenský program.
