Abstrakt

Cíl: Cílem bylo identifikovat validované nástroje používané k hodnocení kvality pracovního života a pracovní spokojenosti zdravotníků a popsat související rizikové a protektivní faktory. Design studie: Mapující přehledová studie. Metody: Do studie byly zařazeny průřezové, deskriptivní, korelační, případové a kontrolní studie publikované v anglickém jazyce v období od roku 2022 do června 2024, dostupné v plném znění. Data byla získána z odborných databází PubMed, Scopus a Web of Science. Výběr studií, extrakce dat a syntéza byly provedeny v souladu s metodikou Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic reviews and Meta-Analyses extension for Scoping Reviews. Výsledky: Po aplikaci stanovených kritérií bylo do analýzy zařazeno 26 studií z 18 zemí. Nejčastěji používanými nástroji pro hodnocení kvality pracovního života byly Professional Quality of Life Scale (PROQoL-5) a Work-Related Quality of Life Scale (WRQoL), které vykazovaly vysokou reliabilitu (Cronbachovo alfa > 0,8) a potvrzenou validitu v evropském kontextu. Mezi rizikové faktory snížené pracovní spokojenosti patřily ženské pohlaví, věk do 30 let a práce ve směnném provozu. Naopak protektivními faktory byly podpora vedení, rovnováha mezi pracovním a osobním životem, možnost dalšího vzdělávání a adekvátní finanční ohodnocení. Závěr: Výsledky této studie zdůrazňují potřebu standardizace hodnotících nástrojů a zavedení cílených intervencí ke zlepšení pracovních podmínek zdravotnického personálu, což může pozitivně ovlivnit jejich pracovní spokojenost i kvalitu života.
