EFEKT PSYCHOEDUKAČNÝCH INTERVENCIÍ POSKYTOVANÝCH SESTRAMI PACIENTOM SO SCHIZOFRÉNIOU: SCOPING REVIEW

Východisko: Psychoedukácia má pre pacientov so schizofréniou mnohostranný význam. Je nevy-hnutnou súčasťou komplexnej starostlivosti o nich. Realizovaná je interdisciplinárnym tímom vrátene sestier.
Cieľ: Identifikovať efekt psychoedukácie realizovanej sestrami u pacientov so schizofréniou.
Metódy: Vyhľadávanie výskumných štúdií sa uskutočnilo v štyroch vedeckých multiodborových databázach, a to v PubMed, Web of Science, ScienceDirect a v Scopus. Z celkového počtu 398 štúdií bolo 11 štúdií zaradených do obsahovej analýzy. Proces triedenia štúdií bol realizovaný prostredníctvom PRISMA diagramu.
Výsledky: V analyzovaných štúdiách bol identifikovaný efekt psychoedukácie, na ktorej realizácii participovali sestry, v nasledovnách oblastiach: zmiernenie symptómov schizofrénie, podpora kompliancie a adherencie pacientov, redukcia dĺžky hospitalizácie a rehospita-lizácie pacientov, zvýšenie vedomostí a vhľadu pacientov na ochorenie, zlepšenie ich sociálneho fungovania a podpora zdravého životného štýlu.
Závery: Výsledky poskytujú dôkazy pre realizáciu opakovanej psychoedukácie pacientov so schizofréniou v rámci ošetrovateľskej starostlivosti poskytovanej v rôznych prostrediach klinickej praxe. Vzhľadom na limitácie metodiky štúdie i metodologické limitácie vyhľadaných štúdií tieto výsledky nie je možné zovšeobecňovať.
